We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We use UPS, FedEx, and Amistad Freight for delivery, and therefore we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. All orders are processed on the day they are ordered or the next business day. If an item is back-ordered or unavailable we will contact you regarding the item and determine how you would like to handle the item(s) in question.
The minimum order amount for all orders processed via the website is $50. All orders submitted via the website therefore have UPS, FedEx, Amistad Freight, or DSS delivery truck service free of charge.
